A registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent, and Property Manager in Malaysia, Sr. Danial is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents, reflecting his commitment to professional standards and industry excellence.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with internationally recognized organizations, including Jones Lang Wootton, Shell, United Malayan Land Berhad, and JLL Malaysia, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. These experiences have shaped a strong foundation in commercial, industrial, and institutional real estate strategy.

In 2021, Sr. Danial established Danial G. Real Estate, focusing on commercial and industrial property transactions while providing strategic advisory services to corporate clients and investors.

Over the years, he has successfully worked with global and regional organizations such as IKEA, McDonald’s, ExxonMobil, Great Eastern, Mapletree Logistics, and Roche>, delivering tailored real estate solutions across multiple sectors.
