  Thanks for your reply, we need to know further details; as i am interested in running Indian/Pakistani food hear,
  sitting capacity ; is it registered?
  equipments and fixtures, and what will be the negotiable price. Is every thing is included in RM100k? area for car parking?

  The business was registered previously. You might need to renew license or reapply under your name. All the equipments & fixtures included in RM100k. After viewing you can offer to negotiate. There are public parking in front of the shops, you can also rent the parking lot from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL).
